TouchGFX designer 4.24.0 cannot create a new project by any samples

TouchGFX designer 4.24.0 is new installed in my laptop which is Win11. I used the Clock Example to create a project, and reported an error. The log is attached.

I also created a new project by simulator. I put a button and run the simulator. It was fail. The log is attached too.

Did I miss something to install?

I compared the log in the post with mine. I think it is not the same error. 

My log showed that it cannot load something from server.

[14] ERROR Utils.WebHandling.WebHandler: One or more errors occurred. (Response status code does not indicate success: 404 (Not Found).)

But the log in the post you mention is cannot load something local.

ERROR TouchGFXDomainModel.LoadSave.LoadSave: C:/TouchGFX/4.22.1/env/MinGW/msys/1.0/Ruby30-x64/lib/ruby/3.0.0/win32/registry.rb:910:in `encode': U+0131 to IBM437 in conversion from UTF-16LE to UTF-8 to IBM437 (Encoding::UndefinedConversionError)

I tried this solution in my Win11, but it didn't work.

Have you had any success in fixing that issue?
It is definitely related to your environment so I cannot reproduce the issue which makes it hard to understand for me but if it is related to loading something from server, I would advise to check your proxy (in system and in TouchGFX Designer) and to try to change it and see if anything improves.
