If it has four analog pins, it is most likely resistive rather than capacitive touchscreen.
Usually, touchscreens are interfaced using dedicated chips. It's not impossible to use the mcu directly or with little common extra hardware e.g. opampas; but it's far from being simple and you won't be able to find many examples.
Have a look at the 'F429 DISCO board, that one uses a resistive touchscreen and a dedicated controller (although the older ST controller is obsolete).
