Hi,
- i am looking for a small MCU with ARM trust zone, ROT, SFI and other security features similar to STM32L552.
- also fast SPI timing req similar to 401 family ( 401 reference only for timing)
- STM32F401CBU6, does not have the mentioned security features, please confirm am i correct.

Welcome, @KAjay.1, to the community!
What do you mean by "fast timing"?
SPI in the STM32F401 can work with a maximum of 42MHz SPI clock, while the STM32L552 gets up to 55MHz. But you can also use the STM32U575 with max 80MHz SPI clock instead of the STM32L552?
Regards
/Peter

Hi, in Controller of microchip, below is mentioned for SPI
so wanted to know, this type of delay is thr in ST controllers, in specific? or in any series constraints for SPI, if so please let me know, it will help for shortlisting of MCUs
here we have a ready data to send before the MCU is ready to receive, so we need a minimal delay nearly in some uS. as per the requirements. can that be acheivable?
