Where Can I Find Latest Libraries?

In the past, I'd pull them from CUbe, but the ones I have seem out of date. Is there somewhere else I can get the standard peripheral libraries (on the website maybe)?

Cube uses HAL, not SPL

The Cube updater will only pull versions it can work with, there may be newer downloads, but you'd need to update CubeMX first

The SPL isn't actively updated, but isn't continually broken either..
