What is the meaning of each alphabet attached to the back of the nucleo board?

For example, What does 'Z' and 'I' mean in Nucleo-F767ZI and what does 'Z' and 'G' mean in Nucleo-F767ZG?

In this way, please tell me the meaning of the things that are divided into R, E, B, K, C, etc.

The Nucleo-F767ZI has an STM32F767ZI chip. The Z means it's an 144 pin package and the I means it has 2MB of FLASH. See the datasheet for specifics.

The Nucleo-F767ZG doesn't exist, but the NUCLEO-F746ZG has an STM32F746ZG chip. The G means it has 1MB of FLASH.
