Hi
_st_n.kadir
,Unfortunately, it is difficult to follow the status of issues you are facing.
Each time a new discussion on the forum for almost the same topic (3)This is confusing...don't know where to start exactly... To be able to efficiently help you, I suggest you provide a clear status onone post!-Nesrine-

>> I need to help immediately.
This isn't how forums work, for immediate help hire contractors/consultants that answer to you, and are paid
http://www.catb.org/esr/faqs/smart-questions.html
The use of PB13 VBUS is specific to the STM32F429I-DISCO board design.
Review the schematic, follow the traces, and try to determine if those can be cut or modified to meet your requirements.

The question is poorly framed. The OP is using the STM32F429I-DISCO where PB13 is wired as VBUS and connects to an LED, etc

Thank you for answered. When I look datasheet, it says you can use PB13 pin as CAN2_Tx

That is as far as the chip itself is concerned.
On the Discovery board, as
Turvey.Clive.002
has explained, the pin is used to detect the presence of VBUS.A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.
