USB stick access using OTG_FS in STM32F205ZE

I am using following pins for USB stick interface

 OTG_FS_DM(PA11),OTG_FS_DP(PA12),VBus(PA9)

In STM32f205XX datasheet it is given that it does not have OTG FS facility.

Is it possible to configure these pins for OTG_FS or not,

through this interface USB stick access is possible or not.
