As there isn't a pinned US/CANADA version of this, I'll just share the link for the STM32F7 series coming up, which will discuss the new variant with the Double Precision FPU, 2MB Flash, 512KB SRAM

The DISCO board will contain the earlier part, per my conversations with ST, but expect the new version to be available during May/June time frame. If that is key to your design, I'd suggest discussing with your sales contacts, and securing one when they become available.Space is available on a first-come basis, and ST is looking to encourage new engineers and professional makers to participate.
