there is problem in programming when i used stm32cubemx

hi

i use stm32cubemx for config and IAR for IDE for first time and when i program it into mcu , i can't program it again , when i set the boot0 pin it program .

i think flash write protection is enable but i didn't enable it ? what's wrong

    Hi talebkhah.amin,

    1-What are you using as STM32 product?

    2-You are using a custom board or an ST board?

    3-Could you please verify option bytes using STM32 ST-Link Utility ?

    i use stm32f103Rb and i use my own board for test 

    i use MikroC Pro for ARM before and my program with mikroC Pro program into stm Mcu without problem but with cubemx and IAR it just program once and for program it again i shoud set the Boot0 pin .. i think flash write protection is enabled but i didn't enable it
