I've posted a request to the support board https://my.st.com/ols more than a month ago. No one answered. What's going there? Does anyone read these requests?

Did you get sent a receipt for your submission? I posted one in recent months, and it ended up with my local FAE, so the might be prioritized and dispatched locally.

Yes I've got the receipt from the support portal. A day before the jivecalipse STOne-32 wrote me by private message in the forum that they will reply me the next Monday, then the forum collapsed and took everything down - PMs, bookmarks, etc.
