STM32l4 in stop2 mode with rtc alarm

Dear all i want to wakeup stm32l4 in every two minute from stop2 mode using RTC,give me suggestion.I am using example code from st and trying  PWR_STOP2_RTC on my custom board,i am finding that l4 is not going in stop2 because the LED2 in example is always toggling.

Rather than wait for next time, why not fix it now?
