STM32L1 FMEDA Documentation?

Hi guys - I'm trying to chase down the STM32L1 FMEDA document - having a bit of trouble!

It's referenced a number of times within the safety manual for the STM32L1, but I can't seem to find a copy of it anywhere!

 Any help much appreciated!

Thanks for your reply - we have tried with our suppliers in Australia but none have a copy or knowledge of the document. Would you have something we can access?
