STM32F746 DISCOVERY OV9655 keeps the MCU in RESET state

I am using the stm32f746-discovery board with the ov9655. I downloaded a program from the internet and programed the MCU using st-link utility(

 ). However, every time I connect the camera, the (1) MCU enters in a reset state, (2) the LCD stays blank, and (3) the ethernet GREEN LED starts blinking. What is happening with my board? What the ethernet green light means?#ov9655 #camera #stm32f746 #stm32f7-discovery
