Hi Mucit23,

1- If you add a breakpoint in the DMA2D_IRQHandler, is it executed only one time?

2- Did you tested the example STM32Cube_FW_F7_V1.3.0\Projects\STM32746G-Discovery\Examples\DMA2D\DMA2D_MemToMemWithPFC?

Are you facing any issue running this example?

If there is no issue faced with this example, you can compare it with your own project to identify what is going wrong.
