This device is a custom control panel with buttons and encoders. It enumerates without apparent problems on both Windows 7 and Windows 10. When a button is pressed on the panel a press message is sent and when it is released a release messages is sent. On Window 7 I have not detected any problems. On Windows 10 occasionally either the button press message or the release message is not received on the PC. Using a Beagle 480 I have been able to verify that both messages are being sent from the panel when the error occurs so the issue appears to be on the PC. This problem has been seen on multiple Windows 10 systems and on two different application programs. So it is unlikely that this problem is in the application. That leave something in the OS. Has anyone seen this issue and/or do you have a suggestion for a work around?
