Stm32f4 discovery board:STLINK not connected

Hello,

I am using stm32f4 discovery board, but when I am trying to connect the board to pc I am getting

error: 'One of the USB device connect to this system is malfunctioned'.

In device manager error is ' Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)'.

and LD8 is also on.LD8:Red  led indicates an overcurrent from the VBUS of CN5.

Is stm32f4discovery board  damaged?
