I would like to download a C compiler for STM32F207. Where I could find it? I was searching through the forum, but without success.

For little projects (smaller then 32kb) you can use free version of keil.

You can also use IAR work bench 6.3 kick start version for < 32KB projects.

BTW do you have ant debugger ST Link/ J-Link/ULink.. Or you want to run in the simulator mode.
