Posted on May 17, 2011 at 13:58They're available to us :) We have two major (new) projects using them. We're using the STM32F100C6T6 (48-pin LQFP) in both.
I should add that we're not a high volume user (yet but we're expect to be with the F100) and had some difficulty obtaining pre-production quantities (100's). That said ST's was nice to us.
