Why doesn't ST embed an EEPROM in STM32F4xx or STM32F1xx series?

I see it before,I mean Hal compatible. I change it(I said from F1, It's my mistake! I want to say from F4 non HAL, sorry for that).

It's now Hal compatible and have no problem now.

Is DMA available for BKPSRAM and Is there any Tip to use DMA in BKPSRAM (MEM to MEM or MEM to Peripheral)?
