I have a NUCELO board with STM32F767ZI.

I have read that there are

1. The revision code is marked on the device : Please refer to

   page 232 (LQFP144 device marking).
2. You can read 'DBGMCU_IDCODE' register (Address: 0xE004 2000)

Bits 31:16 REV_ID[15:0] Revision identifier

This field indicates the revision of the device:

0x1000 = Revision A

0x1001 = Revision Z
