SRAM3 memory block availability for STM32H742xI/G

Hi,

In STM32H742xI/G datasheet (DS12110 Rev 8), the SRAM3 memory block is not specified in the "Table 7. Flash memory and SRAM memory mapping" but I can see the availability of the SRAM3 in the generated .map file.

Can someone please confirm, it is typo mistake in datasheet or really not available for STM32H742xI/G?

Thank you for having reported this. Looks like you're right.

There is a missing in the datasheet compared to the reference manual.

I will escalate this issue internally for review and a potential fix (if relevant), and I will provide you an update.
