Programming STM32F051K8

Hi,

I am working on STM32F072CB for my custom board, for programming this, I am using NUCLEO-70RB board.

I have a separate board having STM32F051K8T6 mcu. 

I just want to know, can I program 

STM32F051K8T6 with NUCLEO-70RB, or separate ST-LINK required?
