problem sending online support request

Hello

There seems to be a problem sending online support request, when i try to log in to request page i face this message:

We're sorry, but the last operation caused an error.

You did not have a privilege required to complete your last action.

The server was processing this URL when this message was created:

https://my.st.com/tmtrack/tmtrack.dll?

Make sure you don't have any ad or popup blocking, and that you are properly signed in.

It can be a bit fussy, other have complained about it, but last time I tried it took about two attempts to fill in and submit without breaking things. And honestly I didn't get the level of answers I was hoping for.
