EX) ODR = 1 -> I/O Pin State = 0 ?
It is True?
If ODR = 1 then I / O port is also 1?
Is it OutputControl Not Gate?

It's more a block diagram and not a true schematics.
If ODR=1, unless given pin is set to open-drain in OTYPER, the PMOS is switched on, ie. on output you will see log.1.
If ODR=0, NMOS is switched on ie. output is set to 0.
