OCTOSPI interface reliability on STM32U595VJT6Q

Hello,

We are planning to revise a design which consists of STM32H7 MCUs as of now to STM32U595VJT6Q.
On the new boards we are planning to connect two memories on the OCTALSPI interface one being: IS66WVS1M8BLL which is a QSPI PSRAM and another is W25Q32JV which is a QSPI flash.
The two memories will be connected in the QSPI multiplexed mode to the MCU. In some cases the MCU should be capable of booting from the external QSPI flash.

I am going through the literature related to this MCU and I see a long list of errata and many forum articles and blog posts where people are claiming to face a lot of issues related to these interfaces.

Hence I am seeking guidance from you guys on the following points:
1. Does the OCTOSPI interface work reliably in muxed mode with the above configuration. Has anyone tried it practically and was happy with its performance?
2. Does STM provide any reference code where the above or similar memories were configured in memory mapped mode? (Not octal RAMs and Hyperflashes please)
3. How much does the performance get impacted due to these external memories? Does there exist an app note where there are some benchmarks for the above MCU?

I could get hang of some app notes on the above topic but the app note doesn't exactly describe the configuration I am trying to use hence I am posting it here.

Thanks for your replies.
