I wrote some code on a NUCLEO- F401RE to drive a X-NUCLEO-IHM15A1.
The Nucleo board is powered externally (JP5 set to E5V), but I still connect the USB cable to my PC to debug.
Even if I'm not debugging, the start up time (time between the power reach 3.3V and the code reach the MX_GPIO_Init() ) is different if the USB cable is connected or not.
If it's connected the start up time is less then 20ms, but if it's is NOT connected the time around 80ms, and I clearly heard the motor move for quick time.
Can anyone explaine me why the start up time is higher ? Any solution to keep it as quick as possible ?
