manage stm32F405 option bytes in dfu mode via USB?

How can i manage stm32F405 option bytes( for example disable or enable sector write protect,

or change readout protection level) in dfu mode using USB?

I did not find such an features in the DfuSe Demo programm.

Unfortunately, STM32CubeProgrammer does not work correct via USB( display and change sector write protect in option bytes). For me it is very important that that it would be possible  to download firmware and change option bytes via USB
