Hi
I have been reading an ST presentation regarding using the internal opamp on a STM32L433. Am I reading it correctly, this saves in having to use an external opamp? I want to use it for as a follower for the analogue input. I am not sure I am reading this correctly, can I use the internal opamps as followers (or PGA) for any of the analogue inputs? If I am using multiple analogue input channels, do I have to configure it each time before sampling the required channel A/D channel (point it to the required A/D channel)?

No, that's not how it works. Look at RM0394 20.3.3 Signal routing.

Looking at 20.3.3, am I right in thinking that one a/d can be used, channel 8? Any other channel I would need external opamp.

Yes, that's correct.
