Is there any micro-controller with same features as ST7FLITE09 but with UART protocol?

I want a micro-controller which will be having a dedicated pin to connect the AC voltage direct to the microcontroller for ZCD mesurement & adjusting the digtal output irrespective of the input AC frequecy. Also i need the UART protocol to communicate.
