Availablity is low and lead times are long. These are super low margin boards, so free stock of H7 chips will go to people with orders on the books for the highest spec parts.
These boards are available if you look in the right places. I pulled all the free stock I could find out of US and EUROPE when I saw the bubble forming.
Digikey should get more stock within the month.
The bubble suggests other things happening too.
