This is a placeholder character for the respective temperature class in which the module can be operated. You can find the breakdown in the data sheet, section 7 (Ordering Information):

  • 6 = Industrial temperature range, -40...+85°C
  • 7 = Industrial temperature range, -40...+105°C

There are other temperature ranges, e.g. 3 = -40...+125°C, but this is not guaranteed for every family of STM32 devices.
