Hello guys?

I have bought some STM32F030F4 chips ?but i donnot know how to program on it?I am confused of the Related firmware?So can someone tell me how to creat a new project using Keil-MDK without the given examples in the library? And why ST donnot make some tutorial about STM32F030F4 for customs?

Likely because they expect them to know how use micro-controllers and development tools chosen, in the generic sense, and the technical detail is conveyed in the data manual, user manual, and examples.

You really should review the examples, and the template projects if you wish to understand the options and configurations.

Crafting projects in IDE's like Keil, IAR and Atollic is a skill. I'm sure there are videos on YouTube which deal with Keil and STM32 based projects aimed at those without experience with either.
