For most simple studinng learn the firmware library. It is no impotance to learn architecture of controller at first.

So you can see the file STM32-lib_manual.pdf

and there is a lot of examples of using any pereipherial on your computer here: C:\Program Files\Raisonance\Ride\Lib\ARM\STM32F10x_LIB\examples

If you want ''LED blinking'' learn the GPIO examples.
