Hello, I wish to determine the mean time between failures of the NAND onboard the STM32F327 onboard our design.
I've looked in the three large pdfs of its documentation for things like 'write cycle' and 'failure' but could not find it. What is the ♯ of write cycles on the NAND of these chips? Is it 100,000 write cycles? Many thanks! #failure #write-cycles #nand

Seem to think it's NOR, but the minimum endurance is specified in the Data Sheet/Manual for specific parts.

Hello clive1, thank you for the response. So it's NOR memory and not NAND?

So it's NOR memory and not NAND?
Wouldn't that make vastly more sense? As you want reliability, rapid random access, and to execute from it.
