Unfortunately there is no replacement or equivalent of this family available, so the only chance it to get it at any distributor still having some stock.
Anyway, if there is a chance to completely redesign the board, then you could consider devices like e.g. the STM32F429ZI, STM32H742ZI or STM32H753ZI.
