We use,

STM32F407

VGT6  2

7B783 VQ

PHL 7B 637

chip in our control module.

But in our last batch we got the STM controller with following part number

STM32F407

VGT6 Y

7B378 VG

PHL 7B 042

and yes, it is not working as well.

so, any little idea on this pls help.

Not clear on what "not working" means in the broader context. These are different versions of the IC, diffused at different plants, perhaps double check the errata, and things like clocks, oscillator loading sensitivity, VCAP caps and voltages.

If you've got places it dies silently in while(1) loops, perhaps make those more observable.

From a manually typed label, it is impossible to tell if these are counterfeits. Even on a photo of the device, you can hardly tell by now.

The only way to find out for sure without x-rays etc. is the Bulk ID, which can be found on the sticker of the packaging. If you post this Bulk ID by pm (please not publicly here, so that it cannot be misused), we would be happy to check it.
