Hi, I am working on STM32F769i-DISCOVERY board. I am quite new to it. I have to implement a transmitter which sends square wave. How can i generate square wave.

Use a TIM peripheral either in a Toggle mode or PWM with 50/50 duty

Likely a couple of TIM pins available on the Shield Header connector
