Please advise whether see before the below picture regrading the ghosting mark on the back of the part ? It is due to MFG fabrication matter which cause this issue.

Tray or tape?

I don't remember seeing this, but truth is, I don't think I've ever looked at the underside of any STM32...

But please note that this is a primarily user-driven forum. You may want to contact ST directly, through FAE or through the web support form.

Hi,

My suggestion is to contact the authorized distributor from whom you purchased the device. If you did not purchase the product through an authorized distributor, then there is no guarantee the device is authentic or was handled properly. Lastly, you might enter a support request through ST online support at www.st.com/support as they answer marking questions regularly. However, as I said, if you did not purchase the product through an authorized channel, there is not much that can be done to help as there is no way to know the history of the devices.

Best Regards,

Heather
