We have recently bought STM32F103VCT6 and have the below findings: - DARK, DEEP LASERING ON LOGOS ON CHIP TOP BODY MARKINGS. SEEMS TO BE BURNT MARKINGS. -GHOSTING ON BACK OF PARTS SHOWING THEY WERE STACKED Please advise if this is normal. Thanks!

Doesn't sound usual. Parts from different facilities might have different marking equipment and processes.

Have you soldered one on a board and checked the function and Device ID and Unique ID reporting?

There tend to be little recourse from random sources and parts brokers, so you should have a means to test
