Posted on May 17, 2011 at 12:17Is there a method to know the Flash size and/or the Ram size for the device which execute a code ? Perhaps with register MMFRx in Cortex-M3 system ? But these registers are not documented.
alternately, is there a register with an unique ID for a STM32 device reference ?
I want to develop an universal Boot Loader for all the STM32 and I want this Boot Loader can send an error code if adress to program is too large for a particular device.
