Does stm32 support DFU over serial (UART)?

Hi all,

I knew ST provides many examples for DFU over USB and I could successfully use the dfu-util tool to upload my binary code.  I wonder if ST also support UART device firmware upgrade?  Did anyone have experience with it before?Thanks.

Well not DFU, but it has it's own protocol which has been long documented.
