Can the ADC within the STM32L496xx support simultaneous data sampling from in-phase (I) and quadrature-phase (Q) input signals?

I'd expect so, most of the STM32 families can use ADC1 and ADC2 in a paired/simultaneous mode where the sampling point is synchronous/coherent.
