Don't IRQ SubPriorities need to be unique?

What GPIO pins are being used? Do they conflict with other peripherals (like the USART) that need to be remapped OFF CAN pins? I've encountered problems using CTS/RTS USART pins where an unused CAN peripheral interferes, check the errata.
