ADC in the 64 pins case: How big is IDDA?

According to the data sheet VDDA and VDD may differ by at most 50 mV.(See the absolute maximum ratings).

The maximum current in VDD is

. But I cannot find the value for IDDA.

Does anybody know the value of IDDA?

Has somebody a solution for a clean VDDA which guarantee the value of at most 50 mV?
