unrecognized usb driver in windows

Hello Im using STM32F407VET6 and im having a problem with the USB driver with the windows, when i plug the usb, the operational system dont recognize the microcontroler and shows me this error: unrecognized usb driver. I already installed the driver from STM web site. Have you faced this problem?

Perhaps you have D+/D- wired backward, or the HSE crystal speed is wrong. Or you software loaded on the device is simply broken.

If you pull BOOT0 High is your board found via USB as "STM32 IN DFU MODE" or similar?

Hello, i dont think that is a software problem cause i did not write something , I set BOOT0 in HIGH level and nothing happens. I searched for this error on the internet, and i found that this can be a driver problem, but i already installed the drivers. I dont know what else can be. Could the board come with a defect?

I don't know what board you have. Hard to gauge design or build quality from here.

Perhaps review the schematic and if any solder bridges or options are required.

Check obvious things like cables, ports or hubs/docking stations.
