STM32F429i Disc1 USB VCP Com Port not detected by PC at all. All configurations seems to be correct. Help required

Hello, I am using STM32F429i Disc1 Board. I followed this tutorial:

I tried everything including verifying clock and other settings but couldn't get it working. Please help.
