STM32 USB battery charging detection / USB Type-C compatibility

Dear all,

I would like to know if the USB battery charging detector implemented in the STM32 line works properly with USB Type-C connectors that only use USB 2.0 lines.Thank you in advance. #compatibility #bcd #type-c #usb

Hopefully my answer can be of use to someone despite the delay. There are no issues to use battery charging detection on Type-C connectors, this detection algorithm simply works on the D+ and D- lines.
