Can USB OTG lib. support two FS USB PHY for STM32F205 ?

I am going to use STM32F205 series MCU in my project, because it has two FS USB PHY. I am going to use one PHY as host, another PHY as device. Can USB On-The-Go host and device library(UM1021) support two FS USB PHY simultaneously? If the answer is yes, how can i configure dual FS PHY pins for  USB On-The-Go host and device library?

Olimex had a 407 board with dual USB configuration, may be that built a demo for that?
