I would like to know if the STM32F407G-DISC1 development board has a dedicated VBAT pin for powering the internal RTC, allowing it to maintain time even when the board is not connected to power. If there is no VBAT pin on the development board, does the STM32F407 microcontroller itself have a VBAT pin that can be utilized when designing a custom board using the microcontroller?

Have you checked the User Manual and/or schematics for the board?

based on the schematic: STM32F4DISCOVERY - Discovery kit with STM32F407VG MCU * New order code STM32F407G-DISC1 (replaces STM32F4DISCOVERY) - STMicroelectronics
- MCU have a VBAT
- the VBAT is not connected to the connectors.
