Are you sure that these are measuring the exact same pulses?

How do you measure that?

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.
A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

1、Same hardware and software。
2、will Compare the measurement data of DMM6510(Keithley DMM6500 6.5 Digit Multimeter with Graphical Touchscreen)

But were they at the same time ?

Do you mean DAQ6510 - this: https://www.tek.com/en/products/keithley/digital-multimeter/keithley-daq6510 ?

Are you sure that has the necessary time resolution for such short pulses?
